I’m a PhD candidate in sociology, a trainee at the Population Studies Center, and an Emerging Inequality Scholar at the Stone Center for Inequality Dynamics at the University of Michigan. I use quantitative methods to study long-term changes to economic inequality and insecurity in the United States. My major projects examine distributive politics in state and local governments, employment dynamics in the labor market, and how these interact with household contexts.
